Buiten het feit om dat een (groot?) deel van de 16-jarigen nog niet eens sexueel actief is (geweest), is zo'n verplichte test wel een behoorlijke schending van het recht op privacy. Je beslist bovendien zélf of je zo'n test wil, ik vind het te ver gaan dat de overheid dat zou moeten beslissen. Zelfs de vaccinaties die baby's krijgen zijn vrijwillig.
