Current Slowness
The new hardware didn't help as much as we'd hoped (it gave us about 20% more capacity), and now both the submissions and top list queues are very long.
We have the next batch of hardware (yet another new db server, more RAM, and more disks) here, and it will be installed on Saturday - this will entail some downtime while we move the data about.
