It's about two cousins of whom one is ill and leaves for Italy. There he meets his niece Rachel. They get to know eachtoher better and they marry. One day, the cousin who is in London receives a letter which says he has to go to Italy immediately, or else his nephew will die. When he arrives, his nephew has already died. Together with Rachel, he wants to figure out who the murder is. But the murder appears to be Rachel.

I liked this book a lot. At times, the story was not that exciting. But overall, it was a good and pleasant book to read.
