Can you help me, please?

Thanks! It is not that we do not want her exactly....if she is GENUINE! We just want to be sure.....because for one year now a person has been coming back with different names and always a BIG problem...and we gave a lot of love and sympathy but then found the story was not true!!
The first one, for example, was supposed to be American, living in Wales, just widowed, with twin babies...then one baby became ill and needed a liver transplant. We all believed this - but then we found she lied because she said the transplant was done at a hospital in England that does NOT do this transplant (it used to but not now). She then said the baby had died and we tried to help her as she was American and did not know how to arrange the funeral....then she said she was back in the USA and was working for the CIA...then we heard from her "brother-in-law" that she had been killed in Israel...still working for the CIA!!! She also claimed to have evidence in a big British court case at the time. After this, we have had others with similar stories..they come and immediately they are on the board, we hear about big tragedies in their lives....
Perhaps you can understand now why we suspected this girl "Shagretje" (her board name is "Groete")?!! She came and told us all about her problems....first she broke her employer's computer...then there were other problems...getting bigger...
So we think perhaps it is the same person as the "American" one....once she pretended to be Norwegian, another time Irish and so on...but always an immediate huge problem.
